Virtual Postpartum Doula Services
The postpartum period – aka the fourth trimester – is a rite of passage for many new parents.
It’s common for new moms to feel unprepared to meet the challenges that this part of the journey brings. As postpartum doulas, we are here to offer gentle, unbiased support and encouragement as you navigate the major changes that accompany your new role. We’re here to help you feel less overwhelmed and more confident.
So many moms – myself included – express that loneliness and isolation were unexpected challenges during the first few months of their baby’s life. A postpartum doula can help. Whether you have questions or concerns (like asking “is this normal???” 100 times a day) or if you just need someone to listen, we’re here for you.
The story of childbearing doesn't finish the moment the baby is delivered and taken into her mother's arms. It continues..."
